Returns/Exchanges

POLICY OVERVIEW

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order arrival to customer. There is a $2 restocking fee applied toward returns/exchanges that are not in error on our behalf. Additionally, shipping fees are not covered for merchandise without damage, defective or shipped incorrectly. Clothing and accessories that have been washed or worn will not be accepted for return. Music and media must be unopened, unused and in condition as received unless media was found to be defective during playback. No returns/exchanges on digital/downloadable purchases; no exceptions.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your returned has reached us, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Someone will be in contact with you (via the e-mail address used to place your order) to provide further details.


RETURN TRACKING

Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return the item(s). We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless you have obtained proof of delivery.


CAN I GET A PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?

Shipping fees are only covered for products that are damaged or shipped incorrectly as a consequence of our neglect. If this is the case, please contact us through our contact page with an explanation of defect and include photo and/video of damaged or incorrect item(s) to receive a pre-paid shipping label via e-mail for your return.

If you have received a return shipping label, make sure you send your item(s) back within 2 weeks from receiving your return shipping label or you return shipping label will become invalid.


WHAT IF THE EXCHANGE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Due to high demand and varying stock levels, if we are unable to offer exchanges because of a specific style or size has sold out, and is no longer in production, you may return the original item(s).


WHEN WILL I SEE MY REFUND?

In most cases, once a refund has been submitted, the issuing bank will post it to your account within 3-5 business days when issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account or pin-less debit typically take 10 business days to reflect on the account balance. This time frame may vary from one financial institution to another.


CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

We pride ourselves on speedy order fulfillment, but are more than happy to change your original address submission at the date/time of order if it hasn't been packed and shipped yet.

  • **PLEASE NOTE: YOUR NEW ADDRESS MUST BE WITHIN THE SAME COUNTRY AND TIME ZONE AS THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS ENTERED**
